Our Story
Founded by Jeremy Schiff, RecruitBot was created to tackle the inefficiencies of traditional recruiting. With a PhD in Applied Machine Learning from UC Berkeley and experience leading Data Science initiatives at OpenTable, Jeremy saw the potential of AI and machine learning to revolutionize hiring. In 2017, he founded RecruitBot to harness this power for talent acquisition.
